From Hanuman
One of the grand old hotels of wartime Vietnam, this was a favourite of journalists and photographers covering the conflict. Graham Greene and others enjoyed cocktails at the ‘Continental Shelf’ bar. Given a less sympathetic makeover than some of the colonial-era hotels in the region, it remains a comfortable and atmospheric place to stay. |
