One of the newest hotels in Halong City, the Novotel brings Accor-branded comfort to this popular destination. Rooms are smart and spacious with locally inspired decoration. However, we don’t really recommend Halong City as a destination, as the real beauty of the bay is best appreciated with an overnight cruise. |
